Affixxius were asked to produce a video that explained the Customer Service system and process at Leicester City Council.
Filmed over 4 days this video collects interviews and footage from around the county explaining the various job roles and processes the Leicester City Council Customer Service department go through every day. This video makes use of a very clever method of bring in names and titles of the interviewees and has an excellent animated map of the area showing the various districts covered by this video.
The team were excellent. They guided us  through the process of completing the brief and handled the entire  project with much enthusiasm and professionalism. When filming they displayed a great deal of knowledge and expertise that  put people at ease and this is clear in the quality and feel of the  final footage. The DVD has been very well received, from Customer Service staff to the CEO, and exceeded our expectations of how useful  a video project could be.
