This piece is an internal training and induction video we have recently produced for Leicester City Council to inform staff about the role and importance of their Customer Services Department. In 10 minutes staff are quickly educated on the key tenets of the Council's standards and approach to Customer Services. The video makes use of engaging interviews and filmed scenarios to speak directly to its audience.
