Affixxius Productions is looking for a Sales Executive (with pathway to Sales Manager) to help continue our rapid current expansion.  The candidate must be highly motivated and driven, with strong relationship-building and communication skills.  Experience in Sales within the Creative Arts (and preferably video) Sector would be preferable but is not essential.

The candidate must be prepared to travel the UK and Europe and have the confidence to forge relationships from ‘cold’ as well as work on existing contacts.    The individual would also need to be skilled and responsible for developing and account managing their own clients.  Affixxius Productions has a strong reputation for friendliness and passion, and a key motivator behind our appointment decision will be the candidate’s ‘fit’ within our culture.

The role will be measured on targeted sales performance and the candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the implementation and monitoring of KPIs.

Affixxius Productions is looking for a Production Specialist to join our rapidly-growing team. It would be preferable for the candidate to be experienced in the use of Sony Z1E and Sony XDCAM equipment and have good knowledge of location lighting and sound recording. Affixxius Productions deals primarily within the Corporate and Education sectors and therefore any experience within this would be hugely beneficial.

The candidate must be prepared to travel around the UK and Europe, regularly involving overnight stays, and have an up to date passport and a full clean UK driving license. Affixxius Productions is based in the Midlands, just outside Loughborough, and has no intention to move from this locality for the foreseeable future.

Starting salary is £18,000 per annum, to be reviewed regularly.  When away on shoot all travel, accommodation and sustenance costs will be covered by the company.
